Registration, Exhibition and Networking from 09:00, 10:00 start, 16:30 close

The event will focus on the shared leadership action in three significant areas and explore what this means to achieve the ambition of:

        -    Achieving Service Integration

        -    Improving Health Outcomes

        -    Reducing Health Inequalities

The purpose of the event is to:

  • provide a unique opportunity to debate, discuss and challenge these three subjects with local and national experts;
  • stimulate new thinking and consolidate ideas to benefit your local health and wellbeing board;
  • provide participants with the opportunity to decide on the key themes to work with, raise key issues on these themes and pose questions for local and national experts;
  • bring together the key 'leadership' community for health and wellbeing boards from local government, Healthwatch, clinical commissionning groups and community voluntary section;
  • demonstrate how your role in shared leadership is the route to making a real difference for local communities;
  • network and share good practice and ideas

As part of the design of the day there will be networking sessions including a Chairs Network to give you the opportunity to share and learn from colleagues.
